OTLUPEYNIR

I will definetly talk about my beautiful city Van in Turkey. what we have in there and what I am dying to, rather to say yearning for to have it back. since I am out of the Turkey for less two years, the most food I ever missed is CHEESE.
 VAN OTLU PEYNIR.
That local cheese goes with every food. It is not only to  boost your apatite, for starter but also it helps you to digest your food afterwards.

My blog will talk about  the most delicious breakfast connected with the eastern Turkish city of Van and why city is a sparkling star of the East of Turkey.

The most important aspect of the breakfast which at the heart of that breakfast lies the city's distinctive local yummy cheese, a tangy white cheese made even tangier by the addition of brined wild herbs. The cheese (known in Turkish simply as "herb cheese") is such an integral part of culinary life in Van that the city has not one, but two cheese markets (one known as the "big" market, which is next door to the slightly smaller "little" market). Herby cheese contains 28 local nutritious herbs. it is a cultural and cuisine habitation that is served after meal which is believed it helps to digest. Yes it perfectly works on you body to burn calories.

Van otlupeyniri is a cheese but at the same time serves unique cultural facets that embroidered in societal life in Eastern of Turkey.
